C.O.R.E.
C.O.R.E. is a secure post-adjudication residential treatment center housed within the Williamson County Juvenile Services Center which utilizes a multi-disciplinary team approach to understanding and addressing resident needs. Its name stems from the four key cornerstones to the program: Connecting, Overcoming, Restoring, and Empowering. The program focuses on the healing of past trauma and loss, appropriate emotional expression and management, development of pro-social attitudes and behaviors, relational repair and healthy relational behaviors, victim empathy, and clear strengthened self-identity; as well as providing individualized therapeutic treatment.
Williamson County is making a difference in the lives of adolescents in our community by offering a safe, nurturing, and non-judgmental environment to transform into healthy young adults. C.O.R.E. services strive to eliminate the resident’s involvement in destructive behaviors while also supporting the youth in establishing a healthy developmental pathway toward adulthood and success.
